All orders and purchases made through this Website are governed by this User Agreement. The purchase of merchandise through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Website in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of their residence. By entering this Website, you agree that You will access the content solely for your personal and non-commercial use. This User Agreement applies to the purchase of goods from www.beautyroute.com only.
Limitation of liability
Beautyroute (PSBL, INC) shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Beautyroute (PSBL, INC) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you
In the event that a Beautyroute (PSBL, INC) product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price. Beautyroute (PSBL, INC) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. Beautyroute (PSBL, INC) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Beautyroute (PSBL, INC). shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
You warrant that:
the personal information which you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you are not impersonating any other person or entity

Sales Tax and Currency
All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to Sales Tax. The buyer is responsible to all sales tax. If you are located within the US, you will be able to change the currency to USD at the top right corner of the website at anytime.

- DELIVERY AREA
Beautyroute ships all orders from our distribution warehouse in Ottawa, ON, CA. Orders placed for Hair Tools needing the US compliant plug, will be shipped from our warehouse located in Champlain, NY. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking when your order has been placed.
All orders are processed MON-FRI during business hours (EST), excluding federal holidays within Canada.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified
Standard and Express Shipping
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery. Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, and some rural or remote areas can take longer.
If you are shipping to an apartment or building that requires a code, you must include the APT/SUIT Number. Failed to do so may lead your packages be returned back to us, and a refund will be applied once it has been returned.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
All on-going promotional offers and coupon codes are sent through our Newsletter. You may subscribe to our Newsletter by entering your e-mail address in the subscription box located at the bottom left-hand side of our main page. Please note that you may unsubscribe at any time.
Coupon codes should be applied in the Cart page before check out. Simply enter the coupon code you wish to use in the “Discount Codes” section of your Cart. The price will automatically adjust. Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Sample and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
- ORDER PROCESS
Orders are processed MON-FRI during business hours (EST), excluding federal holidays within Canada. Orders are generally shipped same day or 1 business day after your order has been placed. They normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive, depending on where you are located.
Can I change/alter my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any alterations. However, you are welcome to return your order once you have received it.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it has been paid for and completed. However, you are welcome to return your order once you have received it.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain all the info you need to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to work as there can be a delay.
