1. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BeautyRoute.com, a PSBL, Inc. company. By accessing the BeautyRoute.com site, you acknowledge the notices and agree to the terms and conditions set out below. BeautyRoute.com reserves the right to modify these terms, without notice, at its sole discretion at any time.
All orders and purchases made through BeautyRoute.com are governed by this User Agreement. The purchase of merchandise through BeautyRoute.com is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on BeautyRoute.com in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of their residence. By entering BeautyRoute.com you agree that You will access the content solely for your personal and non-commercial use. This User Agreement applies to the purchase of goods from www.beautyroute.com only.

I) Limitation of Liability

BeautyRoute.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if BeautyRoute.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you

II) Typographical Errors 

In the event that a BeautyRoute.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, it reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. BeautyRoute.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, BeautyRoute shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

III) Registration

By completing the registration process throughout the BeautyRoute.com site, you warrant that:

  1. the personal information which you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you are not impersonating any other person or entity
  2. The products purchased on this site are for private and domestic use only and are not for re sale, with the exception of the an active stylist account status approved by BeautyRoute.com. You will notify BeautyRoute.com immediately of any changes to the personal information by e-mailing or telephoning our customer service representatives at:

IV) Sales Tax and Currency

All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to Sales Tax. The buyer is responsible to all sales tax. If you are located within the US, you will be able to change the currency to USD at the top right corner of the website at anytime.

V) Third Party Links

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

 

2. Delivery Area

Depending on the destination address, BeautyRoute.com ships all orders either from its Canadian distribution warehouse in Ottawa, ON, Canada Or its USA distribution warehouse in Champlain, NY, USA. All orders are shipped on weekdays between Monday and Friday during operating hours of 9am to 5pm EST, excluding Canada and/or USA holiday holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping tracking information to be available once your order has been placed. Orders can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive to their destination, depending on your destination address.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the destination address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability shall you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the destination address which you specified.

I) Standard and Express Shipping 

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery. Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, and some rural or remote areas can take longer. If you are shipping to an apartment or building that requires a code, you must include the APT/SUIT Number. Failure to do so may lead your packages be returned to BeautyRoute.com warehouse with the option of re-shipping or refund can later be arranged.

II) Restricted Hazardous Items 

Certain items available for purchase through BeautyRoute.com are considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

 

3. Offers

All on-going promotional offers and coupon codes are sent through our Newsletter. You may subscribe to our Newsletter by entering your e-mail address in the subscription box located at the bottom left-hand side of our main page. Please note that you may unsubscribe at any time.
Coupon codes should be applied in the Cart page before check out. Simply enter the coupon code you wish to use in the “Discount Codes” section of your Cart. The price will automatically adjust. Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Sample and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

 

4. Order Process

All orders are shipped on weekdays between Monday and Friday during operating hours of 9am to 5pm EST, excluding Canada and/or USA holiday holidays. Orders that are received before 11am EST are generally shipped same day, otherwise it is shipped out the next business day after your order has been placed. Orders can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive to their destination, depending on your destination address.

I) Can I change/alter my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any alterations. However, you are welcome to return your order once you have received it.

II) Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it has been paid for and completed. However, you are welcome to return your order once you have received it.

III) Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain all the info you need to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to work as there can be a delay.
