RETURNS AND REFUNDS

IMPORTANT: Pre-authorization for all returns must be obtained from BeautyRoute.com. If a return is sent without prior authorization, it will not be refunded or credited. So be sure to reach out to one of our dedicated beauty product tour guides for support at [email protected] with the following information:

  1. The reason for your return. If you’re having an issue with your hair & beauty product purchase, our dedicated beauty product tour guides (Customer service team) made of professional hair stylist and beauty experts often have creative solutions for many of the problems that you may run into!
  2. If a picture / video would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message.
  3. Your order number and product item name.
  4. Describe the state of the box and packaging of your beauty product order. Has the box been opened or have any of the beauty products been used? (Due to governmental regulations, we need to thoroughly inspect every returned product. This helps us understand how we will process the return.)
  5. Any suggested improvements to your shopping experience on Beautyroute.com or exchange with any of our beauty product tour guides. If there’s any way we can increase the speed of services, product offerings or beauty product guidance, we’d love to hear it.

Please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure your beauty products are eligible for a return. Beauty Route offers a 30-day return policy on selected products new or gently used. Should you wish to return your product, Beauty Route would be happy to issue a refund and/or a store credit.

Hair Care Return Policy

Hair care products cannot be returned for a refund, under limited circumstances and on a case to basis your purchase might be eligible for a store credit that can be offered.

Tools & Brushes Return Policy

Some products under the Tools & Brushes are considered hygienic products that once been opened cannot be returned for a refund, under limited circumstances a store credit can be offered. Only unopened and new in the packaging can be eligible for a return for a refund.

Hair Extensions (human or synthetic) Return Policy

Under any circumstance Hair Extensions are not eligible for a return for a refund.  Hair Extensions are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, and DO NOT ALLOW open items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. Products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with can be returned for a store credit.

Hair Color Return Policy

Products that have been opened can not be returned for a refund, under limited circumstances a store credit can be offered. Only unopened and new in the packaging can be eligible for a return for a refund.

Appliances Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase of a hair appliance, we’ll accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Skin Care / Spa & Wellness Return Policy

Products that have been opened cannot be returned for a refund, under limited circumstances a store credit can be offered. Only unopened and new in the packaging can be eligible for a return for a refund.

Returns / Refunds

All returns are subject to validation and approval from Beauty Route. Any and all returns are paid at the expense of the customer. You will also be required to send us proof of tracking in order to have a refund and or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, deducting a 4.5% restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within a reasonable amount of days or will be given a store credit for your future purchase from Beautyroute.com.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
